Richard "Dynamics" Gross was previously a player for Life Is Good.

Halo 5

Richard "Dynamics" Gross began his professional career at 2050 Chattanooga alongside Vortex, Bain, and Juicy. Shortly after the event the team dropped Juicy for StNick where they would go on to place top 12 at the next event UGC St. Louis 2016. The next team change would be picking up pro player Domey in place of Vortex for UGC St. Louis 2017. They placed 4th in Halo World Championship 2017/North America/Seeding Cup. When Domey did not show up last minute for LAN things were looking bleak. None other than FearItSelf bailed out the squad before registration. CE.Fs Starboys would finish top 16. Dynamics joined his first pro team Str8 Midtier in Halo World Championship 2017/North America/Qualifier 3 alongside players DRUK 84], Kaiss, and Eli Elite. After a poor placing at ME Las Vegas 2017 with Slinky in place of FearItSelf, Starboys broke up. Dynamics did not compete until the placement cups started for UMG Daytona 2017, that's when he found himself started playing for his second professional team, VirtualStormGaming. This team consisted of, Common, RRRyno, and Climax. They opened with a top 8 in HCS/North America/Open Circuit/Summer 2017/Preseason Cup 1 finishing top 20 at UMG Daytona 2017. Dynamics's team exploded with success in the next season with 2 top 8 placings, top 12, and top 16 in qualifiers respectively. VirtualStormGaming finished 19th-20 at HCS/Pro League/Summer 2017/Finals

During HCS/North America/Open Circuit/Fall 2017/Open Cup 1, Dynamics temporarily joined Winter Boys led by pro player Impulsion alongside RRRyno and Savatrocity. They placed top 8 before Dynamics went on a 2 year hiatus to play COD WW2 and Black Ops 4.

Halo 3

Forming last minute at the door, Dynamics found himself on his third professional team with Lifestyle, Weakachu, and Flip as Life Is Good. They would place top 16 respectively.
