Wade 'Phade' Radomske is a former Halo 3 pro coach. Phade coached Dynasty at the end of 2009. Dynasty placed 8th (Dallas), 4th (Anaheim), and 7th (Orlando Championships) under Phade. Phade then stopped coaching after joining the US Air Force in early 2010, and is now working as Project Manager for Esports Arena. He was the lead director for HCS: Orange County held in October 2016.
